Products and Services of Reigate Prints by Alex Tanton are provided by AMT Capital Ltd, a company incorporated under English Law (Company Number 10974527) and with registered address at 9 Summerhil Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2LP, United Kingdom.
At Reigate Prints, I, Alex Tanton, create unique wall art pieces and personalised prints using clipart elements purchased by me with commercial licenses from various artists around the world.
Each product has its individual price and prices will vary depending on the product's size. This is due to the printing costs which increase with each size. There might be additional cost added in the event of purchasing a personalised print - this is due to the time I have to invest in order to personalise your print. Again, the exact cost of the end product is going to be clearly stated.
As far as Bespoke Wall Art Design Service is concerned, the costs of each project are valued individually depending on the amount of time that will be required to complete such project, printing and framing costs and, in some events, purchase of additional graphic elements.
I offer Free Returns. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and post the item back to me within 30 days of delivery ensuring that the item is returned in its original condition. I will issue a refund as soon as the item is returned (including the postage). Or if you wish to email me the proof of postage, I will issue the refund as soon as I receive your email. Thank you!
As for Intellectual Property Rights, you may not copy, resell or create derivative works of the products available on the website, or permit or assist any third party in such activities.
All ownership and intellectual property rights in or to the products available on the website shall be owned by and vested in AMT Capital Ltd and nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute or be interpreted as a transfer of any such rights from AMT Capital Ltd to you or anyone else.
You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions by purchasing a product or using a service and/or submitting your contact details in order to be added to the email list of Reigate Prints Once accepted, the Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and AMT Capital Ltd.
AMT Capital Ltd may make changes to Terms and Conditions from time to time. AMT Capital Ltd will publish the changes at the website. The changes will be effective when published. Please review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England without giving effect to the conflict of laws or provisions of England or your actual state or country of residence. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms and Conditions, your relationship with AMT Capital Ltd, including any non-contractual obligations, will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
You acknowledge and agree that if AMT Capital Ltd is unable to provide the products as a result of a force majeure event, AMT Capital Ltd will not be in breach of any of its obligations towards you under the Terms and Conditions or otherwise. A force majeure event means any event beyond the control of AMT Capital Ltd.
